Cauliflower salad

Here's a delicious and healthy cauliflower salad recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup olives (black or green), sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)

Instructions:
